ED & Admitting - Patient Access Associate II - Per Diem

Coordinates and performs multiple complex functions within the Patient Access department; utilizes judgment to interpret department policies to resolve routine to complex inquiries/patient account problems with other departments; identifies opportunities for process improvements and offers potential solutions. Participates in meetings as a representative of the department and serves as a resource to team members for training and problem resolution, performing all duties in a manner that promotes a team concept and aligns with the mission and core values of CT Children’s Medical Center.
