Job Summary
Define end-to-end test architecture and validation strategies for embedded and IoT/gateway platforms, architecting scalable frameworks across device, middleware, connectivity, and application layers. Design automated validation approaches for edge systems and cloud-connected platforms, implementing strategies for functional, integration, connectivity, reliability, security, and OTA testing. Build automated test environments for Linux-based products using CI/CD and DevOps methodologies, while developing hardware-in-loop, simulation, and virtual test environments. Drive test automation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies such as AI/ML-assisted testing and GenAI workflows to improve regression frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in embedded systems testing and validation methodologies
- Proven experience in test architecture for Embedded and connected systems
- Strong scripting skills in Python
- Experience with Robo test frameworks and continuous integration systems
- Experience with OTA validation, secure boot testing, cybersecurity validation, and device authentication mechanisms
- Familiarity with HIL setups, protocol analyzers, network analyzers, and debugging tools
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in embedded environments
- Strong understanding of performance, stress, scalability, and reliability testing for embedded and gateway platforms
- Strong system-level debugging and root-cause analysis skills
- Excellent technical leadership, collaboration, and architecture review capabilities
- B.E or B.Tech from a reputed college or university
- 10 to 15 years
