ECS Product Analyst

Job Summary
Senior ECS Product Analyst to drive agile product delivery for Fidelity's Enterprise Cybersecurity product area. Works with product analysts, engineering leaders, product leaders, engineers and architects to identify, assess, and mitigate vulnerability, malware, and configuration exposures in Fidelity’s applications and infrastructure. Responsible for eliciting requirements from stakeholders, translating them into well-defined epics and stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria, and influencing product strategy to enable customer success. Requires deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), strong documentation and visualization skills, and a track record of cross-team collaboration to improve product delivery. Related certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA) are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years experience as systems analyst or business analyst delivering software using agile development practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems Management Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with Jira and Jira Align, or other comparable Agile tools is a plus
- Experience with PowerBI/Tableau is a plus
