Job Summary
ECS Enterprise Account Executive responsible for selling the Customer Success Platform and related applications (Marketing, Commerce, Service, Communities, Sales, Collaboration, Health Cloud) built on Salesforce Platform. Serve as a trusted advisor to current and prospective customers to understand challenges and goals, and articulate value to drive business outcomes. Role emphasizes consultative selling, prospecting, collaboration, and solution selling within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key skills include strong communication, discovery, objection handling, planning and closing, and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams in a quota-driven software/technology sales context. The position supports Salesforce’s AI-enabled CRM strategy and requires capability to leverage internal resources from prospect to close; bachelor's degree is strongly preferred and experience expectations range from 2-10+ years across sales roles.

- 2-10+ years quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
