Job Summary
Conduct policy and industry research on advanced manufacturing, AI, and the bioeconomy to inform reports and executive briefings. Develop thought leadership materials including case studies, blog posts, and presentations for flagship initiatives like GLN, MINDS, and TIC. Map ecosystems and coordinate outreach with industry, government, and academia to facilitate cross-sector interactions. Manage project planning and delivery across multiple workstreams, tracking milestones and ensuring cross-functional collaboration. Assist in designing and executing executive meetings, workshops, and public-private dialogues, handling agenda development and on-site logistics. Draft communications and meeting summaries to showcase the Forum's impact in China.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher (completed or in progress)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Experience preparing professional reports, presentations, and communications materials
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for working in a global, multi-stakeholder environment
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred academic background and/or professional experience in technology, digital technologies, engineering, public policy, business, or related fields
- Demonstrated interest in innovation and industrial transformation
