Job Summary
Lead regional engagement for EIT Health across Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany, and Switzerland by developing an overview of the health innovation landscape and maintaining relationships with key figures. Identify, analyze, and report regional opportunities and challenges to maximize EIT Health's impact, while negotiating participation in regionally led activities and ensuring members access EU and regional funding programs. Act as the senior representative for the region, providing leadership for allocated teams and enabling collaboration between EIT Health and ecosystem elements. Identify and report relevant regional impact for dissemination, drive expansion of regional activity, and support the European Head of Ecosystem Management in member administration. Regular travel throughout the region is anticipated.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years management experience
- Proven experience managing stakeholders at a senior level
- Demonstrated extended network of contacts within health innovation ecosystem
- Proven experience of Business Development / Membership Recruitment and Key Account management, ideally in a membership organisation
- Strong understanding and experience of at least one relevant member state health innovation ecosystem, preferably Germany, Austria or Netherlands
- Knowledge about public funding opportunities at regional and EU levels
- Strong understanding of the innovation process in health
- Ability to identify and activate synergies and opportunities aligned to EIT Health's needs
- Regular travel throughout the region
