Job Summary

Support government clients by applying economic and financial principles to conduct benefit-cost analyses (BCA) for infrastructure projects. Review and recalculate NPV and BCR for grant applications, ensuring adherence to Office of Management and Budget Circulars A-4 and A-94. Collaborate with a team of economists and communicate results effectively to assist in grant application prioritization.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate student or individual with relevant academic experience
  • Knowledge of economic and financial principles
  • Ability to conduct benefit-cost analysis (BCA)
  • Experience with net present value (NPV) and benefit-cost ratio (BCR) calculations
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical results to non-technical audiences
