Job Summary
Manage Prosperity Campaign direct services staff through supervision, coaching, and performance goal-setting to ensure service outputs and outcomes are met. Provide high-quality financial coaching and healthcare access advising, including debt reduction planning, tax preparation, and asset protection guidance. Deliver in-person and virtual workshops on financial and healthcare topics while maintaining accurate client records in compliance with privacy policies. Establish partnerships with community organizations and collaborate on policy solutions to address systemic barriers to health and economic stability. Directly supervise two employees, handling recruitment, training, and performance appraisings in alignment with organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Professional working proficiency in oral and written English
- Professional working proficiency in oral and written Spanish and/or Haitian Creole
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
- working knowledge of web-based platforms
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a shared-workspace environment
- Stretch and bend to organize and distribute materials for Catalyst Miami activities
- Able to sit at desk for long periods of time and utilize computer for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate organization needs, including evening and weekends
- Out of town travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) or similar financial certification or education
