Job Summary
Conduct research and analysis on demographics, economics, real estate, and finance to support economic development projects. Synthesize quantitative data with qualitative findings from interviews and surveys to produce digestible summaries and visually appealing presentations for non-technical audiences. Perform financial analysis including economic and fiscal impact studies and pro forma projections. Manage multiple tasks while writing grant proposals and supporting client-administered programs. This role offers growth into project management and includes opportunities for professional development and tuition reimbursement within a collaborative team serving public and private sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Experience and high level of competence and comfort in data analysis and economic research
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Interest in community development
- Master's level degree in urban planning, public policy, public administration, geography, real estate, economics, or related field
- U.S. Work Authorization of Unlimited Duration (not OPT)
- 3+ years of work experience
