Ecommerce Trading Manager

Job Summary
Lead strategy and trading for a portfolio of e-commerce brands on TikTok Shop. Own the trading calendar, optimize GMV, AOV, and conversion through merchandising decisions (bundling, pricing, promotions) and continuous SKU performance analysis. Own the affiliate strategy, collaborate with creators, and shape creator trading strategies around deal-led moments and always-on content. Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance, forecast GMV, and translate business goals into actionable trading actions for clients across the UK, US, and EU. Requires strong experience in e-commerce trading or merchandising, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication with internal teams and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce trading, merchandising or online retail
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation, AOV growth, promotional mechanics, product lifecycle management, creation of bundles
- Comfortable working with performance data and GMV targets
- Commercially minded and confident making decisions
- Strong communication skills with both internal teams and clients
