Job Summary
Lead and execute the department trading strategy, including forecasting, planning, and delivery of commercial targets; align cross-functional teams to drive cohesive trading performance; optimise on-site experience and merchandising to improve customer journeys and conversion rates; own and deliver the trading calendar, ensuring successful execution of key campaigns and peak moments; leverage data and analytics to optimise stock levels, maximise sales opportunities, and achieve key KPIs; build stakeholder engagement and lead a high-performing ecommerce team while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an Ecommerce or Fashion Merchandising role
- Relevant qualification in a business, commerce or fashion related subject, or equivalent experience
- Strong data management and analytical skills with proven ability to leverage data to drive commercial results
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and self-prioritise workload where needed
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying commercial opportunities and areas for process improvement
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, guide and mentor while ensuring the team achieves its goals
- Demonstrated experience of being a collaborative team player
