eCommerce Tracking & Data Insights Manager/Specialist (German speaking)

Job Summary
Analyze user behavior across the entire conversion funnel using Google Analytics 4, Matomo, and heatmap tools to identify drop-off points and develop optimization hypotheses. Plan, prioritize, and evaluate A/B tests and multivariate tests while creating dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio for stakeholders. Combine onsite analytics data with inventory, pricing, weather, and internal metrics to generate business insights, collaborating with Performance Marketing, CX, and Operations teams. Conduct cross-market analyses for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Poland to drive data-informed improvements. Continuously improve tracking implementation and attribution models. This role requires fluency in German (C1–C2) and English (C1), with 3–7 years of eCommerce analytics experience. Based in Belgrade with hybrid flexibility, the position offers a familial atmosphere and budgets for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in eCommerce Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), or Growth Analytics
- German: Business fluent (C1–C2), required for close collaboration with German-speaking teams and stakeholders
- English: Fluent (C1), required for international collaboration, analytics tools, and documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an international or DACH-based eCommerce company is highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in improving conversion rate, average order value (AOV), or revenue through data-driven optimization initiatives
- Strong experience in web analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO) within an eCommerce environment
- Proven ability to combine data from multiple sources (onsite analytics, inventory, pricing, and external datasets) to generate actionable business insights
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis of test results
- Experience working with large datasets; SQL knowledge is an advantage
- A growth-hacking mindset with a strong focus on using data to drive measurable revenue growth
- Good understanding of Customer Experience (CX) principles and collaboration with CX teams
- Experience with cross-border eCommerce and country-specific performance analysis
- ERP and warehouse management systems, as well as related integrations (preferred)
- Weather APIs and external data sources (preferred)
