Job Summary
Lead end-to-end eCommerce performance reporting across brands and channels (DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop). Translate data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, improve conversion, and inform investment decisions. Partner with ecommerce, marketing, finance, planning, and operations to improve visibility into performance, identify growth opportunities, and support faster, better business decisions. Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks; own daily/weekly/monthly reporting cadence. Analyze traffic, CVR, AOV, ROAS, CAC, LTV and customer behavior trends; surface insights to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitability. Work with Shopify-based environments, Google Analytics, BI tools; support CRO initiatives and pricing/promotions effectiveness; collaborate across marketing, product, finance, planning, and operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, or related field
- 4–7+ years of experience in eCommerce analytics, business analysis, digital analytics, or performance marketing analytics
- Strong experience within Shopify-based eCommerce environments
- Direct-to-consumer retail experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills with experience analyzing large, complex datasets
- Strong understanding of eCommerce performance drivers (traffic, CVR, AOV, ROAS, CAC, LTV)
- Experience analyzing paid media and customer acquisition performance
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership teams
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central analytics
- Experience with ecommerce analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Triple Whale, or similar)
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and conversion rate optimization
