Job Summary
Ecommerce Specialist in the Philippines (remote) supporting US-based Senior Brand Managers at Neato; execute day-to-day Amazon operations, listings, launches, keyword research, onboarding of brand partners, reporting, inventory health, buy box monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to keep launches and campaigns on track.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of hands-on Amazon experience (brand and agency-side)
- Deep familiarity with Seller Central — listings, catalog management, reporting, case management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull insights from sales data and market trends
- Proficient in Excel, comfortable in Microsoft Teams, and experienced with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp)
- Able to manage multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities without dropping the ball
- Fast, stable internet connection with backup power and internet solutions
