Job Summary
Coordinate e-commerce and production teams to manage daily website operations, including reviewing product information to reduce returns and conducting weekly site walk-throughs. Upload and maintain product descriptions, imagery, and videos while performing quality checks on retouched images to ensure timely launches. Liaise with partners for stock checks and support visual merchandising to improve conversion and basket value. Drive SEO improvements on key landing pages, analyze web data to identify growth opportunities, and optimize the search channel. Manage site refreshes, seasonal launches, and peak trade actions in alignment with marketing and suppliers.
