Job Summary
eCommerce Requirements Analyst responsible for collecting, clarifying, analyzing, and translating business requirements into documentation and functional requirements for solutions; serves as liaison between business operations and information systems across requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and support. Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and project sponsors to define scope and stakeholders; recommending process improvements; defining user stories and conducting user acceptance testing; developing end-user documentation and training materials; translating stakeholder requirements into clear functional specifications; maintaining knowledge of existing processes; leading ongoing reviews of business processes and optimization strategies; and staying current with process and digital IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Key skills include excellent written and verbal communication, Agile/Scrum experience, ability to capture requirements, and ability to facilitate stakeholder sessions. Certification in Product Ownership Analysis (IIBA-CPOA) or similar is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate in Product Ownership Analysis by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®-CPOA) or similar certification preferred.
