Job Summary
Program Manager for branded merchandise and eCommerce, responsible for managing promotional merchandising programs and online product assortments, leading sales strategies, optimizing inventory, and collaborating with marketing to drive traffic, conversions, and profitability. Lead program sales coordinators, ensure inventory availability, monitor performance with analytics, and work cross-functionally to execute merchandising initiatives and campaigns across multiple office locations (onsite with 1 remote day). A Bachelor's degree in business/marketing and proven ecommerce sales management experience are required, along with strong communication, strategic thinking, and data-analysis skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in ecommerce sales management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and online merchandising techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis and ecommerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving sales growth through innovative merchandising and marketing strategies
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
