Job Summary
Senior eCommerce Product Solutions Associate supports configuration of complex payment solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities within Merchant Services. Collaborates with Sales and Product teams to define and configure solutions, contributes to pricing proposals and value analysis reports, and delivers compelling oral and written presentations with training collateral. Strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency and a track record in a matrixed, fintech environment are needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products
- Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong sense of ownership, initiative and accountability to join an ambitious fintech environment
