Job Summary
Partner with the Solutions Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery, then support the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions addressing client needs. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop unique product solutions, analyze metrics across the development life cycle, and write requirements, epics, and user stories. Deliver technical presentations for product requirement documents and sales decks while establishing forums to coordinate solution configurations. This role focuses on eCommerce Payments Products and Solutions within Merchant Services, requiring proficiency in AI tools and a strong sense of ownership in a fintech environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI & LLM Tools
- Curiosity to learn and deploy the Firm's AI tools to do your job more efficiently and effectively
- Strong sense of ownership, initiative and accountability to join an ambitious fintech environment
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to, knowledge of and passion for eCommerce and retailing including merchandising, logistics, returns, endless-aisle, and/or omnichannel selling (B2C and/or B2B and/or Direct-to-Consumer)
- Familiarity with payments, merchant services, merchant acquiring, payment processing, and fintech payments products
- Experience in the payment space; Payment networks, Issuer, ISV, Payfac or other relevant experience
- Experience in strategy consulting a plus
- MBA degree a plus
