Job Summary
eCommerce Product Solutions Manager-Payments-Vice President role leads solutioning for JPMorgan Chase & Co’s Merchant Services in the eCommerce Payments space. You will define and configure complex client-facing product solutions, act as the voice of the customer, support Sales with pricing and pipeline planning, and collaborate with Product teams to inform the strategic roadmap. You will engage with client teams to understand pain points and translate feedback into actionable product enhancements, while demonstrating ownership, executive presence, and strong communication across matrixed teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
- Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Experience with, deep knowledge of and passion for eCommerce and retailing including merchandising, logistics, returns, endless-aisle, and/or omnichannel selling (B2C and/or B2B and/or Direct-to-Consumer)
- Strong sense of ownership, initiative and accountability to join an ambitious fintech environment
- Strong executive presence, very capable and comfortable communicator, confident in interacting with and presenting to varying levels of colleagues
- Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Familiarity with payments, merchant services, merchant acquiring, payment processing, and fintech payments products
- Experience in strategy consulting a plus
- MBA degree a plus
