Job Summary
Lead strategy and optimization of the booked guest digital experience across web and mobile for a world-class cruise brand, focusing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), itinerary management, upsell opportunities, and personalized guest interactions to inspire bookings for spa, restaurant, and shore excursions. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, analytics, and operations; manage a multi‐million‐dollar product budget; start as a contractor with the potential to transition into full-time based on performance and cultural fit. Travel, hospitality, or retail experience is preferred; candidate should have a data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, GA, Adobe Analytics, and Heap.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years in SFCC product leadership (SFRA, Business Manager, integrations)
- 10+ years in product management
- 3+ years in eCommerce/digital platforms
- Proven success launching and optimizing digital products
