eCommerce Platform Specialist

Job Summary
Configure and maintain the eCommerce platform, CMS, and search/recommendation tools while executing updates, enhancements, and feature implementations. Tune onsite search relevance and ranking, optimize product recommendations, and analyze behavior to improve discovery. Implement technical SEO initiatives, manage structured data, and optimize architecture for AI-driven search engines. Collaborate with IT, marketing, and external partners to define requirements, support testing and deployment, and manage sprint planning. Monitor KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and resolve issues to ensure high-quality execution. This role operates in a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week in Norwell, MA.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms and digital technologies
- Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Oracle Commerce or similar)
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms and search/recommendation engines
- Proven experience with technical SEO and site optimization
- Familiarity with structured data, schema markup, and AI-driven search trends
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and technical requirements
- Comfortable in Agile environments working alongside IT and development teams
- Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce environments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Excellent communication skills (technical + business audiences)
- Strong organization and project management ability
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and execution
- Collaborative, team-first mindset with internal and external partners
- U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee)
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web technologies (Node.js a plus)
