eCommerce Planner - Merrell

Job Summary
Develop department, class, and key item forecasts for sales, inventory, receipts, and Open to Buy to align with business targets. Partner with Buyers to build assortments supporting merchandise strategies, class mix, and margin objectives. Lead promotional planning by evaluating pricing actions and markdown strategies to drive profitable growth. Analyze weekly inventory availability and demand metrics to optimize stock levels and react quickly to changing trends. Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to leadership for strategic decision-making while maintaining cross-functional relationships across eCommerce, merchandising, and marketing teams. Present performance reports, risks, and opportunities to drive operational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of planning experience
- experience in an ecommerce, DTC, or omnichannel retail environment
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- proficiency with reporting, planning, and business intelligence tools
- Strong understanding of retail financial metrics
