Job Summary
Ecommerce Operations Coordinator for ANINE BING's Los Angeles HQ with hybrid in-office schedule (Mon–Thu in-office). Drive cross-functional operations, reporting on sales, inventory, and performance; execute marketplace launches and promotional campaigns; manage product setup, asset management, and digital merchandising updates; coordinate timelines with internal teams and external partners; support process improvements and operational efficiencies across multiple business functions; 1–3 years in ecommerce/marketplace operations and proficiency with Shopify/NetSuite and advanced Excel/Google Sheets required.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and NetSuite is a strong plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation)
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear and confident communicator, collaborative team player
- Experience with digital merchandising updates and marketplace launches
- Ability to navigate complex back-end platforms and tools
