Job Summary
Part-time eCommerce & Merchandising Manager (Parental Leave Coverage) to support the execution of eCommerce site campaigns and merchandising changes during a defined parental leave coverage period. Responsibilities include managing daily site updates, coordinating with Marketing/CRM/Creative for onsite execution, submitting Creative Briefs, launching Holiday campaigns on schedule, ensuring accuracy of site changes, supporting gifting programs and landing pages, managing Shopify pricing and inventory for DTC and Wholesale, configuring new products across CMS/Shopify/Recharge, executing new product launches including after-hours publishing and QA, and conducting SEO/A/B testing with measurement of success metrics. Requires strong Shopify fluency, attention to detail, problem-solving in complex systems, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Contract runs August–December 2026 at 20 hours/week for $45/hour.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in direct-to-consumer eCommerce, specifically working with Shopify
- Headless eCommerce experience working with Content Management Systems a plus
- Experience managing promotional calendars and onsite campaign execution
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance
- Proven ability to navigate complex systems and problem-solve independently
- Ability to effectively interact with team members and cross functional network across all levels
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
