Job Summary
Ecommerce Marketing Specialist supports growth and optimization of the company’s ecommerce business through product merchandising, digital marketing support, website management, and performance analysis. This role collaborates cross-functionally to improve online customer experience, execute revenue-driving initiatives, and ensure accurate, high-quality ecommerce content across digital channels. Responsibilities include monitoring website functionality and customer experience, executing product launches and promotions, inventory visibility coordination, QA testing for website updates, optimizing category organization and search results, managing product listings and content, analyzing ecommerce KPIs, collaborating with marketing/merchandising/IT, staying current on industry trends, managing external partners, building and optimizing email campaigns, creating QR codes and landing pages for packaging, supporting review collection and digital advertising, and assisting with SEO/AI-search optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of ecommerce experience
- Hands on experience in managing and maintaining ecommerce websites/portals – Magento2 or similar
- 2-3 years of experience operating in Excel
- 2-3 years of experience with Google Analytics
- Must be able to communicate in English.
