Job Summary
eCommerce Marketing Analyst responsible for leading performance marketing analytics and optimization across digital channels (SEM, CSE, Affiliate, Display, Social, Email, and Partner channels). Drive data-driven acquisition, retention, and lifetime value improvements using advanced analytics, media mix modeling, experimentation (A/B, multivariate, quasi-experimental designs), and ML/AI-enabled decisioning. Lead design and evolution of attribution frameworks, scenario planning, and optimization models; build reusable experimentation frameworks and ensure outputs are explainable and auditable. Collaborate with marketing, data science, product, and engineering leadership; provide mentorship to junior analysts and data scientists; influence senior stakeholders with actionable insights and clear data product architectures. Experience with SQL, Python, R, SAS; BI visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI); familiarity with MarTech stacks and CRM/CKM platforms. Educational background includes Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in relevant fields; 7–10+ years in related roles; strong emphasis on AI/GenAI-enabled analytics and responsible data-driven decisioning. This is a full-time, senior-level role requiring leadership in a global marketing analytics context with opportunities to shape AI-enabled experimentation and measurement across HP’s digital marketing ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or digital optimization roles
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in experimentation design, causal analysis, or advanced statistical modeling at scale
