Job Summary
Define the annual e-commerce business plan and co-own the P&L for Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada, optimizing transactional media and promotional investments to maximize ROAS. Develop platform-specific growth strategies, including GMV splits, promotional calendars, and CRM-driven loyalty initiatives, while leading Joint Business Plans with marketplace partners. Co-own Store-in-Store execution, product detail pages, and branded content quality across all digital channels. Track key performance indicators such as GMV, traffic, and conversion, driving content strategy and managing trade spend productivity through bi-weekly performance reviews with agencies and enablers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, particularly Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada
- Hands-on experience with Seller Center, Brand Portal, and marketplace algorithms
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI and platform analytics
- Good understanding of Retail Media (Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, AMS) and SEO/SEM principles
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across internal and external partners
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- Consumer-centric thinking with a passion for beauty and digital commerce
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong business storytelling and communication skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs and e-commerce growth drivers
- Experience in digital retail operations and e-commerce
- Hands-on experience managing marketplace and omni-channel platforms
- Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to translate insights into business decisions
- Experience using analytics tools to monitor online marketing performance and drive traffic growth
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
