Job Summary
As Ecommerce Manager, you will own the end-to-end online shopping experience for CorDx’s brand, driving sales growth and optimizing the Amazon and Target storefronts. You will lead e-commerce strategy, oversee website management and performance optimization, execute digital marketing campaigns, manage product catalog and merchandising, enhance customer experience, and analyze performance to inform data-driven decisions. The role requires 2–3 years of e-commerce experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, proficiency with Excel and analytics tools, and strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to scale revenue in a biotech/healthcare context.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of e-commerce experience with direct responsibility managing and scaling an Amazon storefront
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools for tracking and reporting KPIs
- Strong knowledge of online stores, e.g. Amazon & Target marketplace operations, policies, and advertising tools
- Experience managing daily Amazon operations including pricing, inventory, promotions, and customer experience
- Bonus: Experience with Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and Target Plus; familiarity with Amazon PPC, DSP, and third-party analytics platforms; healthcare/medical industry familiarity; bilingual Chinese preferred
