Job Summary
E-Commerce Logistics & Operations Coordinator role focusing on day-to-day logistics across fulfilment, transportation, returns, and carrier management within Luzern eCommerce. Responsibilities include coordinating daily order dispatch, monitoring shipping schedules, supporting peak period planning, managing carrier relationships, tracking shipments, investigating delays, overseeing inbound and reverse logistics, maintaining data across TMS/WMS/ERP, producing KPI reports, and supporting invoicing and costs analysis. The role acts as a liaison between warehouses, carriers, 3PLs, customer service, account managers, and finance, with a focus on ensuring on-time delivery, clear issue resolution plans, and timely communications. Emphasis on systems usage (TMS/WMS/ERP), advanced Excel capabilities, data accuracy, and opportunities for process improvements and AI-enabled automation, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications such as CILT, APICS/ASCM, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous
