Job Summary
Inspect items for key details and flaws, photograph them to communicate specifics to customers, and write clear listings with accurate grammar. Research products as needed to build a personal knowledge base and reduce future research demands. Assign products to relevant inventory locations while meeting daily production quotas. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area, adhering to established quality standards for descriptions and photos. Respond promptly to customer service requests and cross-train in other store operations as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to multi-task to meet daily production quotas.
- Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher.
- Must be able to read, write, understand and follow directions in English.
- Ability to develop personal product knowledge base.
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to stand, bend and twist for eight hours.

- Prior eCommerce or online selling experience preferred.
- Previous thrift industry experience preferred.
- Prior experience with online research for identifying collectibles preferred.
- Prior digital photography experience preferred.
- Highly skilled with Windows PC and operating system.
