eCommerce Junior Merchandiser (6 months maternity cover)

Job Summary
Support eCommerce Merchandisers by creating site content aligned with seasonal goals and executing content calendars to build rich web pages. Input product information accurately across locales, monitor data flows, and maintain deliverable dates for inline and end-of-life products to ensure on-time launches. Implement new site promotions and campaigns by updating collections, ensuring pricing accuracy, and securing creative assets into the eCommerce platform. Perform QA on offers, landing pages, and product detail pages while analyzing customer behavior to support A/B tests. This six-month maternity cover role requires a Bachelor's degree, experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sitecore CMS, and strong analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ecommerce platform and catalog management
- 1+ year(s) of experience executing online customer experiences
- Extremely task-oriented, with demonstrated ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Is a problem solver
- Proactively seeks creative solutions or ways to hack current state to achieve better UX/UI
- Affinity with the Brooks product offerings
- Good understanding of the sportswear competitive landscape and e-commerce trends
- Data oriented and analytical
- Proficient in core Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience
- Experience and knowledge of Content Management Systems; Sitecore CMS
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics
