Job Summary
The Ecommerce Intern supports the Ecommerce team with day-to-day operations and special projects. This role offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of online retail, where technology, merchandising, and marketing come together to shape the customer experience. The Ecommerce Intern collaborates with cross-functional teams, contributes to real projects, and gains valuable insights into how a successful ecommerce business operates day to day. Duties include quality checks for product data, images, and descriptions; supporting visual merchandising to ensure a consistent online experience; analyzing product presentation, filtering, and navigation to identify opportunities for improvement; researching ecommerce trends and competitor activity; participating in meetings and assisting with special projects. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and have strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and a passion for retail or technology. Based in Tyler, TX at Cavender’s Home Office.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication
