Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing procedures, process register transactions accurately, and manage cash handling while maintaining a clean, well-organized store environment. Build relationships with guests to exceed service standards and support store revenue goals through product knowledge and relationship building. Assist with merchandising, window displays, and inventory preparation while adhering to loss prevention practices and safety protocols. Requires physical ability to stand, kneel, and lift 30 pounds regularly; flexible scheduling for early morning shifts. Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently
- May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
- Reports to work as scheduled
- records time worked accurately by using Altar'd State's time and attendance system
