eCommerce Director, Wolverine

As the eCommerce Director, you will drive all aspects of Wolverine's eCommerce business including business development, financial planning, content strategy and development, merchandising assortment strategy, website design, consumer experience strategy and optimization, and eCommerce analytics. Primary duties include driving eCommerce revenue growth, aligning with brand and eCommerce leadership on long-term strategy to hit growth targets, owning eCommerce KPIs related to traffic, onsite conversion, and after-sale metrics, presenting results to executive leadership, collaborating with brand marketing to deliver compelling online brand stories, ensuring regional relevance of brand and product stories, leading development of digital marketing strategy (paid/organic/search/brand-building/affiliate marketing), managing real-time metrics for advertising spend and campaigns, overseeing agency relationships, guiding a cross-functional eCommerce team across a 52-week product and storytelling calendar, coordinating cross-functional timelines across merchandising, content, design, buying, and planning, partnering with brand and DTC leadership on long-term eCommerce and customer experience strategy, driving merchandising assortment strategy in partnership with product development, identifying whitespace and growth opportunities via KPI data and consumer insights, leading cross-functional projects for operational excellence, shaping technology roadmap with Technology leadership, planning budgets, and ensuring end-to-end planning/execution of merchandise and inventory aligned to brand goals. Working conditions include a normal office environment with some travel; Wolverine Worldwide supports a flexible hybrid schedule (three days in office, two days remote). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities include 10+ years of eCommerce experience, proven leadership with at least 8 years managing a team, strong writing/communication/presentation skills, excellent analytical capabilities, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
