Job Summary
Director of E-Commerce to drive DTC performance across site, paid media, CRM, and lifecycle; manage Site Ops Associate Manager; hybrid role based in West LA. Lead digital channel performance, define programming priorities, optimize site performance, own CRM and lifecycle strategies, and oversee paid media strategy and budget. Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Product, and Ops to deliver launches and campaigns, ensure cohesive storytelling from awareness through conversion and retention, and build scalable workflows and operating systems to support growth.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience owning ecommerce and digital growth for a consumer brand
- Track record of driving DTC results through paid media, digital programming, and lifecycle strategy
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to translate performance insights into decisive action
- Deep familiarity with ecommerce platforms, tools, and agency/vendor ecosystems
- Fluent in both creative digital storytelling and performance-driven execution
- Experienced agency leader and vendor leader who sets clear direction, expectations, and accountability
- Comfortable being directly accountable for DTC performance in a fast-paced environment
