Job Summary
Lead and own the E-Commerce financial performance in the UK, owning the E-Commerce P&L, driving forecasting cycles (monthly, budget, long-term), and translating financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. Partner with E-Commerce and Marketing teams to influence decisions, evaluate marketing campaigns and ROI, build and track key KPIs, and drive efficiency through process improvements. Lead a high-performing team and continuously enhance financial tools and ways of working to support growth in a fast-paced, retail-focused E-Commerce environment.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Finance, Economics or related field (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent desirable)
- Proven experience in financial planning, modelling and analysis
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to generate clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions
- Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders and influencing at different levels
