eCommerce & Configuration Specialist

Job Summary
Prioritize and communicate product backlog needs for Selection Tools and eCommerce platforms to ensure efficient allocation of development resources. Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements for expanding the portfolio, while developing and maintaining configuration models that serve as the data foundation for Selection Tools. Collaborate with Communication & Digital Marketing, Software Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to align strategies and create a cohesive digital customer experience. Lead user acceptance testing, create documentation, and train users on the Selection Tools & eCommerce portfolio. Provide service and support for the portfolio while analyzing customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
- Understanding of customer requirements gathering techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles & practices
- Experience with UX design tools (preferably Figma)
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and their functionality
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Possess a growth mindset with a willingness to learn, move fast, and embrace mistakes
- Ability to type, reach and grasp
- Intermittent standing and walking within the office environment
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing for extended periods over the phone and in person
- Regular attendance at work
Desired Qualifications
