Job Summary
Conduct eCommerce ordering processes by operating cash registers, scanning items, and executing fast, accurate checkout procedures while maintaining security and accounting protocols. Manage customer relations through courteous communication, ensuring proper bagging techniques and product knowledge for fresh meat, produce, and grocery items. Complete all responsibilities within company guidelines under the direction of the eCommerce Supervisor, including verifying ID for tobacco and alcohol purchases. Maintain communication records, reports, and productivity standards per company protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age: 16 Years
- Possess knowledge of all product locations throughout the store
- Possess knowledge and follow all ID policies on tobacco and/or alcohol purchases
- Possess knowledge of current produce codes, fresh meat and grocery items, and have ability to select quality products for guests
- Ability to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand and foot coordination
- Ability to hear and respond to customer inquiries
- Ability to stand, walk and bend throughout the entire workday
- Ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds from location to location
