Job Summary
Lead responsibilities include onboarding clients/brands, creating stores on marketplaces and brand.com, organizing data to set up stores in marketplaces, registering campaigns and banners, planning shop-in-shop strategies based on data, maintaining product/content accuracy, providing client support, inspecting landing/product/checkout experiences, contributing to promotions and pricing, configuring payments/promotions, collaborating with account managers for website/marketplace rollouts, scheduling site maintenance, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a solid e-commerce background with experience across Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Shopify, and other platforms, plus strong data interpretation, attention to detail, and independent or team-driven work style.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience managing online stores, e-commerce platforms, or marketplace operations (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Shopify, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team
- Problem-solving attitude with the capacity to troubleshoot and find solutions
