Job Summary
eCommerce Channel Marketing Manager responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations and marketing execution across ASUS marketplace storefronts in North America, including Best Buy, Walmart, Newegg, Temu, TikTok Shop, and Nvidia Marketplace. Own onboarding, content readiness (SKU setup, image/A+ content), pricing, promotions, listing health, inventory coordination, and performance reporting; plan and execute marketplace promotions (e.g., Black Friday/CYber Monday), drive on-platform advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands, Walmart Connect, Newegg Ads, TikTok Shop Ads); partner with Channel, Product Marketing, eShop, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service; monitor Buy Box, listing health, and policy compliance; coordinate fulfillment models (FBA/WFS/3PL/seller-fulfilled); develop reporting cadence (sales, traffic, conversion, promo ROI) and surface insights; stay current on marketplace roadmaps and pilot new programs; target ROAS/ACoS and drive growth across marketplaces.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of channel marketing, eCommerce account management, or marketplace operations experience, with direct hands-on experience managing one or more of the following: Amazon, Best Buy Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, Newegg Marketplace, Temu, or TikTok Shop
