Job Summary
Ecommerce Business Analyst role supporting Global Custom Software Solutions for PPG’s Digital Commerce backbone. Responsibilities include turning product owner feedback into user stories and detailed requirements, defining clear acceptance criteria, collaborating with SQAs to review test cases, working with development teams in Agile/Scrum, communicating technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, leveraging AI tools for analysis and documentation, evaluating multiple approaches to propose feasible solutions, managing requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining project documentation in Azure DevOps, and contributing to continuous improvement and BA best practices. Requires 6+ years of BA experience in ecommerce/web development, SDLC expertise, strong communication, and English fluency. Preferred Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, or related field; experience in Agile/Scrum and AI-assisted analysis is a plus. The role involves in-person work Monday-Thursday with remote on Flexible Fridays, with schedules varying by location. PPG emphasizes AI-assisted hiring and a diverse, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience in ecommerce and web development environments
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to translate complex business problems into technical requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
