Job Summary
Lead the ecommerce growth for Church & Dwight’s Specialty Hair & Skin Care brands (Hero Cosmetics, Nair, Touchland) by owning end-to-end brand ecommerce strategy and P&L. Drive profitable online growth through development of brand ecommerce plans, optimization of the digital shelf, content, retailer marketing and promotions, and product optimization/innovation. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute plans, develop enhanced content (A+ pages, images/video, SEO, mobile optimization), manage retailer marketing and media programs, identify test/beta initiatives, oversee online product launches, monitor online share of search and market share, and translate brand identity into a best-in-class online brand experience. Require strong analytics to evaluate progress against growth plans and drive data-driven decisions, with a self-starter ability to work autonomously and with internal/external teams. Hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ or New York City, NY with in-person attendance on Tue–Thu and remote on Mon–Fri. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and 4-6+ years of ecommerce, beauty, or digital marketing experience, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and familiarity with key retailer e-commerce operations. The U.S. base salary range is $110,900-$157,900 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
