Job Summary
Monitor product flow and production numbers for the Shopgoodwill.com auction site from receipt through fund reconciliation. Post items according to goals and productivity standards by evaluating received goods, maintaining quality standards, developing descriptions, photographing inventory, and entering data into the database. Handle customer emails, pull orders, package shipments, and track expenses while representing Goodwill Keystone Area positively. Attend meetings and training programs as required. Clean and maintain the area daily. Promote workplace safety and communicate progress or concerns to the Ecommerce Production Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and crouch
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull palletized containers with a manual pallet jack requiring a force of 40 pounds a distance of 50 feet for 25% of the shift
- Ability to lift 35 pounds from ground level to waist level occasionally for more than 75% of the shift
- Ability to repeatedly bend forward or to the side 60 degrees from a seated position to remove or place items into various containers once every 30 seconds for more than 75% of the shift
- Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time for more than 75% of the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions every few seconds associated with keyboard and mouse use more than 75% of the shift
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of computer, antiques, and collectables helpful
