Job Summary
The role supports the e-commerce team across daily admin, end-to-end invoice management, and reporting, with responsibilities spanning tracking weekly/monthly sales KPIs, contributing to strategic/tactical sales measures, and assisting with monthly JBP marketing plans. Duties include content creation and asset management for launches, catalogue/assortment management, inventory reviews, and ensuring up-to-date imagery/content across online stores. The candidate will lead new launch execution from concept to completion (asset creation, brand store updates, bundles, content reviews) and drive best-in-class online merchandising across multiple retailers (e.g., Amazon, Look Fantastic, Very). The position offers exposure to brand and trade marketing collaboration, cross-functional teamwork, and a path toward future sales or marketing roles.
Required Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience, preferably in the beauty industry
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commercially minded with a high level of numeracy and analytical skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, growth-orientated environment
- Ambitious and driven; hungry for success and responsibility
