Job Summary
Own and scale the eCommerce ecosystem across AU and international sites, owning end-to-end trading performance (revenue, conversion, AOV, profitability) and the digital trading calendar. Drive growth through SEO, SEM, paid social, CRM and EDMs; lead CRO and UX initiatives to optimise the customer journey; leverage data and emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities and personalise performance. Build and execute CRM/lifecycle programs to increase LTV and loyalty; manage and optimise the eCommerce tech stack with developers and partners; lead a high-performing digital team and align cross-functionally to deliver a premium online brand experience. Requires 7+ years in eCommerce/digital marketing, Shopify proficiency, and a data-driven, commercially minded leader with a passion for beauty and digital-first retail.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience across eCommerce and digital marketing
- Strong hands-on capability with Shopify
- Proven success across SEO, SEM, paid media and CRM
- Data-led mindset with Google Analytics and ad platforms
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
