eCommerce Analyst (12-Month Contract, Hybrid) supports Church and Dwight PurePlay accounts (e.g., Amazon.ca, Chewy.ca, Well.ca) by resolving operational challenges and executing online sales strategies. The role focuses on Amazon sales operations, cross-functional collaboration to enhance eCommerce execution, translating multiple data sets into actionable insights, and proactively resolving marketplace challenges to drive sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include managing Amazon chargeback disputes, backhaul and shipping standards coordination, item suppressions and Andon Cord issues, brand protection across Amazon, regular sales and media reporting, catalog maintenance and new item setup, and ad hoc analytics on market share, risks, and opportunities. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

  • Highly proactive with proven ability to identify gaps, follow through with stakeholders and drive timely resolution

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
