Job Summary
Fulfillment associate for SCHEELS ECOM: responsible for selecting and packing products to complete orders from assigned lists, preparing materials for shipping, and coordinating with leadership to resolve questions while meeting project deadlines. Must demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Requires excellent written and verbal communication, basic math skills, and professional conduct; in-store schedule flexibility with shifts between 9am–9pm (and 7am–7pm on some days) including weekends/holidays. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, adaptability, and adherence to Scheels policies; compensation is $20.00 per hour plus employee discounts and a consistent 40-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 months related experience or training
- Ability to perform basic mathematical equations
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
