Job Summary
Drive JD platform sales and manage the JD flagship store/brand site; design customer development strategy with growth goals and action plans; initiate online promotions and campaigns to increase traffic and conversion; collaborate with marketing on annual cost plans; monitor online inventory and optimize ecommerce operations; leverage JD advertising tools and platform rules to optimize campaigns and performance; require strong data analysis, budget control, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years of JD platform experience; at least 1 year managing POP or brand flagship store; Familiar with JD platform rules and advertising tools (JingzhunTong, Jingsutui); proven ability in annual business planning; strong data analysis and budget control skills; capable of delivering performance reviews and optimization plans; result-driven and able to work under pressure; cross-functional communication with marketing, supply chain, finance
