Ecologist

Lead ecological projects from field surveys to data analysis and reporting; provide advice on environmental and ecological matters; mentor and support junior team members; collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners; ensure compliance with environmental regulations and WSP’s high standards; contribute to business development and growth of our ecology services. Requires relevant tertiary qualification and ideally 5+ years’ experience; CEnvP or working towards it; strong technical, analytical, and project management skills; demonstrated ability to collaborate across levels; passion for client-centric solutions.
